Room Attendant Including Uniform/Linen Room has to be perfect; we’re searching for the Room Attendant including Uniform and linen Room to make sure our standards never slip – managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences with every single stay
A little taste of your day-to-day:
What We need from you:
Enters and prepares the room for cleaning
Makes bed
Dusts the room and furniture
Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies
Cleans the bathroom
Cleans the closet
Vacuums and racks the carpet
Checks and secures the rooms
Replenish amenities according to the operational standards
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g., iron and ironing boards
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
Perform rotation cleaning duties like steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc as required
Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor
Responsible for all expects of the guest laundry
Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water, and mini-bar
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area
Responsible for the hotel property in the work area
Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him
Authorize to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement
Responsible for following the standard operating procedures
Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction levels
To monitor and control the use of supplies and other consumables
To monitor and control all the expenditures to ensure that it stays within the limits of the consumables and budget
To ensure that company property is maintained properly and treated with respect at all times
To ensure that safe lifting techniques are practiced at all times by the housekeeping staff
To encourage and demonstrate good communication and excellent teamwork
Wear uniform with pride and honor
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
What we need from you:
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
● Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
● 2+ years of total experience in HK department in any properties, freshers with BHM degrees are encouraged
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
● Must speak local language(s)
