Room Attendant Including Uniform/Linen Room has to be perfect; we’re searching for the Room Attendant including Uniform and linen Room to make sure our standards never slip – managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences with every single stay

A little taste of your day-to-day:

What We need from you:

• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning

• Makes bed

• Dusts the room and furniture

• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies

• Cleans the bathroom

• Cleans the closet

• Vacuums and racks the carpet

• Checks and secures the rooms

• Replenish amenities according to the operational standards

• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g., iron and ironing boards

• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

• Perform rotation cleaning duties like steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc as required

• Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor

• Responsible for all expects of the guest laundry

• Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water, and mini-bar

• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area

• Responsible for the hotel property in the work area

• Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him

• Authorize to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement

• Responsible for following the standard operating procedures

• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction levels

• To monitor and control the use of supplies and other consumables

• To monitor and control all the expenditures to ensure that it stays within the limits of the consumables and budget

• To ensure that company property is maintained properly and treated with respect at all times

• To ensure that safe lifting techniques are practiced at all times by the housekeeping staff

• To encourage and demonstrate good communication and excellent teamwork

• Wear uniform with pride and honor

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

 What we need from you:

● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills 

● Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent

● 2+ years of total experience in HK department in any properties, freshers with BHM degrees are encouraged 

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English

● Must speak local language(s)
