掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务
管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收
负责对结帐房间的查房工作
负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作
负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作
负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作
完成易耗品的每期盘点工作
