Are you an inspiring revenue leader ready to shape the future of performance at IHG?
We’re looking for a Revenue Services Performance Director to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional commercial results across our growing portfolio of hotels.

As a key member of our Revenue Services leadership team, you’ll drive the adoption of IHG’s Revenue ways of working - empowering your team to achieve excellence and positioning IHG Revenue as the preferred strategic partner for our stakeholders worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Managements / Senior Revenue Managers, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
  • Champion a High-Performance Culture, ensuring effective execution of revenue strategies and actions across your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with key owners, franchisees, and management group - strengthening partnerships and growing our service offing.
  • Continuously analyse the market to outpace competition and shape innovative revenue management capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, data, reporting, and processes that fuel business success.
  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and initiatives to elevate revenue excellence.
  • Support the Director in managing the Revenue Services P&L and developing new service levels and deliverables.
  • Champion talent development, building a robust pipeline of future revenue leaders across IHG.
  • Live and promote IHG’s Winning Ways and Behaviours: Ambitious, Dedicated, Courageous, and Caring.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant progressive experience in revenue management, financial/strategic planning, or pricing - preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
  • Deep knowledge of revenue management principles, yield optimization, and pricing strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
  • A strategic thinker with analytical acumen and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
