As the Revenue Executive at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong. You play a crucial role in maximizing the company's revenue potential by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies and analyzing market trends. Working closely with the Director of Revenue Management, you will assist in shaping overall revenue strategies, conducting in-depth market analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supporting the Director of Revenue Management in providing accurate information pertaining to the market, forecasting, and other revenue management strategies
- Updating daily room rates, information & selling strategies in the hotel’s PMS and RMS
- Maintaining database accuracy (such as rates, and segments) in all distribution channels
- Conducting market researches and prepare reports to Director of Revenue Management in a timely manner and accurately
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
What we need from you
- A minimum of 1 year experience in hotel reservations, front office, or account department. Solid experience in hotel pre-opening team is preferrable
- Degree or above education qualification in hotel management, business administration, or related field
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Familiar with Opera reservations system
- Experience in working with hotel RMS will be preferrable
