We are seeking Restaurant and Bar Supervisors who are confident in leading a team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service from the first course to the last—and beyond.

A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day:

No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:

• Elevating each dining experience to ensure it's memorable by consistently delivering high standards with our signature flair.
• Managing your outlet and team effectively, maintaining organization, and ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Stepping in to assist and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service.
• Minimizing waste, promptly reporting any unsafe equipment, dwindling supplies, or safety incidents to management.
• Undertaking ad-hoc duties as necessary to maintain seamless service.

What We Need From You:

• Proven ability to supervise dynamic restaurant and beverage service teams.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet local legal requirements for food handling and alcohol service, including being of legal age and fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be warm, welcoming, and able to engage easily with guests.
