Key responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver professional, personalized, and consistent dining experiences.
Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and wine service, ensuring proper service sequence, presentation, and etiquette.
Manage wine service operations, including wine list development, wine pairing recommendations, inventory control, and proper storage.
Advise guests on wine selections and pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, beverages, wine inventory, and supplies.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely service recovery.
Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Bar, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare work schedules, manage staffing levels, and conduct performance evaluations.
Support revenue optimization through upselling strategies and excellent guest engagement.
Ensure all brand standards, service procedures, and SOPs are consistently applied.
Represent the restaurant professionally in all guests and partner interactions.
Responsible Business & Compliance
All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
The role requires:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at upscale or luxury hotels and restaurants.
Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
Certified Sommelier / WSET Level 2 or above / Wine & Spirit Education qualification is required.

Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development and controlling inventory.
Familiar with food and hygiene codes, policies and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
Passion for service excellence and attention to detail.
I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
