Restaurant General Manager

Someone who can inspire their team, elevate dining experiences, and manage the restaurant’s operations with precision and creativity. A true hospitality professional who can drive revenue, maintain high standards, and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Leading the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure outstanding guest experiences and smooth service delivery.

Managing and developing the restaurant team through coaching, training, performance management, and motivation.

Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality in line with brand expectations.

Monitoring daily operations including reservations, table management, guest flow, and service speed.

Overseeing financial performance — budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets.

Collaborating with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings, food presentation, and continuous product innovation.

Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs, promoting loyalty and repeat business.

Implementing marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and upselling strategies to increase revenue.

Managing inventory, purchasing, and stock levels to maintain operational efficiency.

What we need from you

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of restaurant management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-end dining establishment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, finances, and staff performance.

Excellent guest service mindset with the ability to create memorable dining experiences.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage trends, service techniques, and menu engineering.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing business needs.

Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.

Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
