Residences Concierge Supervisor - Six Senses Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities  
As Residences Concierge Supervisor  I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  
I will support Chef Concierge and focus on the rejuvenation of the residences experience. Residences amenities, services and products will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.

I will work in partnership with other departments to ensure residential guest’s needs are determined/met and oversee the overall smooth operation of  arrivals.

• In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Residences to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards
• I will ensure that all set policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced. 
• I will support the Chef Concierge and focus on the rejuvenation of the residential experience. Common area amenities, services, and products will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
•  I will work in partnership with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa/Six Senses Place, and other outsourced approved third-party shared service providers to ensure residents’ needs are anticipated and met for the overall smooth operation of residents’ living experience. Leading in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving residents and the hotel when applicable. 
•  I will have a thorough knowledge of all facilities, amenities, and services offered by the hotel and residences as well as their location and layout. I will oversee the management of the residents’ history and profile system in conjunction with the Reservations Manager/Concierge 

Qualifications
To execute the position of  Residences Concierge Supervisor , I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
I possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management a minimum of three years of experience in a similar luxury and residential hospitality operational role. 
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS platforms, Six Senses App, and Residential Portal.

Fluent in English and  I understand that additional languages are preferred.
