1. 维持部门间的关系，为客人提供最优质的服务。
2. 负责维护酒店的标准，确保酒店内家具设施、设备的整洁及正常运作。
3.协助管理员工，培训员工预定工作并做好每天带班工作，协助部门的日常组织工作。
4.协助经理做好房量控制包括：预留房及相关方面的房间预订从而最大限度地增加酒店的收入。
1.普通话标准、清晰。待人热情，工作负责。
2.良好的沟通能力、协调能力、熟练操作预订系统，以及简单了解收益系统。
3.熟练掌握酒店OPERA系统。
4.通晓酒店的服务设施、各营业点的服务项目、服务时间以及收费标准，掌握部门所有设备的操作程序，机器性能。
