1、积极的工作，友好的为客人提供服务；
2、交流的时候热情的语调和所有宾客问候，让他们觉得受到酒店的欢迎；
3、及时有效的和宾客沟通，确保给顾客及时的答复；
4、及时准确的为酒店内外宾客转接电话；
5、记录和处理通过电话，传真，电子邮件进行的预订；
6、接受、等待预订，处理延迟，早退等预订更改，调查和记录预抵未达预订。
