Reservations Supervisor - Six Senses Con Dao

Responsibilities:

• Supervise local and international reservations; ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Respond to all reservation inquiries within 24 hours.
• Manage room allocations, special requests, and discount applications.
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the reservation system.
• Handle overbooking situations and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Review and improve reservation procedures regularly.
• Contact guests or agents to clarify booking discrepancies before arrival.
• Prepare and submit reservation reports and statistics as required.
• Strictly follow departmental SOPs and LQA standards.
• Train, support, and evaluate team members; report progress to management.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high grooming and hygiene standards.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and comply with safety protocols.
• Promote team spirit and contribute to service improvement.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and reservation systems.
• Skilled in preparing reports and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Passionate about guest service and committed to excellence.
• Willing to complete required Six Senses training programs.Combination of relevant experience and training will be considered.
