Reservations Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated Reservations Supervisor who loves connecting with people and creating seamless guest experiences from the very first call or click.
 

What you’ll do

• Handle daily reservations via phone, email and online channels with accuracy and care.
• Maintain room inventory and rate parity across systems.
• Load and update rates, packages and promotions in Opera PMS and other booking platforms.
• Support group reservations — creating blocks, monitoring pick-ups and adjusting as needed.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to the Front Office and other departments.
• Provide prompt assistance and follow-up for guest enquiries or booking changes.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to maximise occupancy and identify upselling opportunities.
• Keep guest profiles and booking data accurate for reporting and loyalty recognition

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office within a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Confident communicator with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
