Reservations Manager - Six Senses Con Dao

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all room bookings, both local and international
• Ensure reservation requests and emails are responded to within 24 hours
• Handle guest requests related to room types and discounts
• Oversee reservation entry and updates in the system (PMS)
• Monitor travel agent allotments and overbooking situations
• Coordinate with Revenue and relevant teams to manage availability and close-outs
• Solve reservation-related guest complaints promptly
• Supervise, train, and evaluate reservation team members
• Prepare and conduct training plans and performance reviews
• Review and improve reservation processes and SOPs
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Support the Director of Revenue in achieving occupancy and rate targets
• Implement Six Senses standards and best practices in all reservation activities
• Maintain effective communication with other departments
• Uphold professionalism, team spirit, and compliance with all resort policies
• Represent the resort positively with guests, hosts, and external partners

Requirements:

• 3+ years in reservations, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of PMS (e.g., OPERA, MSC) and reservation systems
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
• Experience in inventory control, overbooking management, and guest service
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Understanding of revenue reports and cost control
• High level of professionalism and guest-focused mindset
• Familiar with luxury hospitality standards
