Responsible for the smooth, daily operation of the Reservations Department, and to provide guidance and support to the Front Office Agents and Managers on all reservations related information. In addition to, providing support to the Group Sales Department. Process and audit all reservations according to established hotel requirements. Maximize revenue through implementation of yield strategy and creative FIT-Marketing.
Meet with Director of Revenue Management daily to review business status and ensure effective handover of operation and follow up items.
Assist in daily rate loading for transient and group segments as directed by Director of Revenue.
Prepare the daily pick-up report and distribute it to the team. Meet daily with the Director of Revenue to review changes in pick up and make necessary adjustments as directed.
Ensure inventory balancing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis or as directed.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
