As a Reservation Manager, we rely on you to
作为一名预订部经理，你的主要工作职责为：

1.Familiar with room reservation procedures
2.Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and black out dates
3. Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
4.Manage, lead and motivate team members by leading by example and effectively
1、熟悉客房预订程序
2、管理客房清单，包括对最佳效益区的客房及禁止预订日期的分配和预订进行管理
3、记录散客驱势，入住率记录和市场细分发展情况来协助预测工作
4、通过以身作则和有效的管理、领导和激励团队员工

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. College degree or above; At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
2. Fluent in Chinese and English
3. Have great Leadership & Interpersonal skill
4. Have Good language organization and writing skills
1、大专及以上学历;2年以上同等职位工作经验
2、普通话流利，英语读写流利
3、有良好的领导能力和人际交往能力
4、具有良好的语言组织能力和写作能力
