As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are looking for a motivated and detailed Reservations Agent to handle guest reservations efficiently, ensure accuracy in bookings, and provide excellent service while support revenue and occupancy goals.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Accurately process, modify, and cancel reservations in the system
  • Provide guests with detailed information on room types, rates, and hotel services
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and promotion of hotel offerings
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams on availability and special requests
  • Maintain accurate guest and booking records
  • Assist with daily reservations reports as required

 

What we need from you

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and OTAs
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
