Reservations Agent

First impression count. We’re looking for a Reservations Agent who is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalised reservation experience that reflects the InterContinental brand standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each guest’s journey begins with exceptional service.
Your day-to-day:
- Handle all reservation enquiries with professionalism and warmth, creating personalised booking experiences that reflect InterContinental brand standards.
Ensure all bookings, rates, guest details, preferences, and payment information are accurately entered and maintained in the PMS.
Communicate guest requirements, VIPs, and special arrangements with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across rooms, outlets, and hotel services.
Support group and event bookings where required.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Passionate in providing personalised guest service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service
Knowledge of the Opera property management system is a plus.
