As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner in both Arabic and English
- Provide accurate details about room availability, rates, and hotel services
- Process new bookings, cancellations, and changes with attention to detail
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system and ensure all guest requests and preferences are accurately recorded.
- Assist guests with specific requests, resolving concerns or escalating when needed
- Promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other teams for smooth guest arrival
- Handle payments and secure sensitive guest information
- Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and SOPs
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in luxury hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation software (such as Opera, PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
