What’s the job?
As a Club Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests utilizing the Regent Club facilities. Your primary goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding the standards of the establishment.
Your day to day
Provide information about Regent Club amenities, services, and offerings.
Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly and courteously.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure proactive service delivery.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare and present beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages, as per guest preferences.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere in the lounge.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
What’s the qualification?
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service etiquette and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
