Refrigeration and AC Technician

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (chillers, freezers, walk-in coolers, central units, Etc.) • Perform regular preventive maintenance on AC units and refrigeration equipment.

• Troubleshoot faults in AC and refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs or part replacements

• Monitor and adjust temperature controls in guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest comfort

• Maintain refrigeration equipment in commercial kitchens (cold rooms, ice machines, etc.)

• Assist in energy conservation initiatives related to HVAC and refrigeration

What we need from you

• Technical diploma or certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required
