Recreation Attendant

From poolside relaxation to energizing workouts, we’re looking for a Recreation Attendant who creates memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, a keen eye for safety, and a passion for wellness.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Greeting guests and introducing them to our recreation facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa
● Setting up and maintaining poolside areas and fitness spaces throughout the day
● Assisting with locker room cleanliness, towel service, and guest requests
● Monitoring guest use of the pool and gym to ensure safety and a welcoming environment
● Reporting equipment issues and helping keep everything running smoothly
● Answering questions, offering recommendations, and making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for

What we need from you:

● A friendly, approachable attitude – you’ll be a go-to for relaxation and recreation
● Strong communication skills – you’ll connect easily with guests from all walks of life
● Physical stamina – this role involves standing, walking, lifting, and setting up equipment
● Comfort with basic reading, writing, and using simple tech tools for tracking and reporting
● A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their stay
