岗位职责：
1.根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准；
2.按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续；
3.验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管；
4.在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货；
5.填制每日收货汇总表；
6.跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品；
7.做好采购单的存档工作。
