Réceptionniste

Is in charge of welcoming the guest and ensures Check In / Check Out, day and night. 

Distributes the keys and is in charge of the safes. 

Answers the phone at the reception. 

Checks the credit limit.  Knows perfectly the different types of rooms and their current rates.

 Is fully familiar with the brand’s different loyalty programs to register guests. 

Actively participates in the sales optimization of his department and the hotel. 

Manages the switchboard and responds to requests from guests using the Business Center. 

Handles individual booking requests by phone, email or walk-in in collaboration with the Reservations Department. 

May ensure the temporary replacement of employees in the Reservations Department. 

 Is able to respond to any guest request and promote the other services offered by the hotel and the hotel group thanks to his perfect knowledge of our offers. 

Ensures the best comfort for guests during their stay: comfort in the room and special requests. 

Provides a courteous and friendly service (to external and internal guests), while ensuring its effectiveness. 

Makes enquiries about the events occurring within the hotel and outside of the hotel (fairs, congresses, seminars, etc.) and ensures that all employees are well informed.

Profil : 

Higher degree in Hospitality Management. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) and capacity (+200 rooms). 

Fluent French and English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
