Purchasing Manager

• End-to-end purchasing management for food, beverage, and operational supplies

• Support a busy 199-room hotel and high-volume food and beverage operation

• Ensure all purchasing activities are conducted honestly, ethically, and in line with internal controls

• Maintain accurate ordering, pricing, inventory, and supplier records

• Work closely with Finance, Culinary, and Operations teams

• Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and contract compliance

• Support audits, budgeting, and cost-control requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing within a busy hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment

• Known for being honest, reliable, and consistent in your work practices

• Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment

• Experience using FutureLog (highly regarded)

• Clear communicator with a practical, accountable approach

You will be part of a busy department, supporting one other purchasing team member within the broader Finance team.
