About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendants and Housepersons to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring all public and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour delivers premium accommodation and exceptional guest experiences. Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobby, lifts, corridors, public restrooms, conference areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist housekeeping with linen runs, rubbish removal, and room setups
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies in public areas
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Comply with WHS, hygiene, and hotel brand standards
Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members
About You
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Work rights in Australia
