Role Purpose
This role is responsible for the product management of key applications within the global Workforce Platforms portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS. Reporting to the Director of Product Management - Workforce Platforms, you will be the subject matter expert driving the evolution of our core HR technologies. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate business needs into a clear product backlog, manage feature delivery, and ensure that our platforms are optimized to create a seamless employee experience and support our global business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as the primary product owner for the Oracle HCM platform, defining and prioritizing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Partner with HR business partners and end-users to conduct discovery, gather detailed requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process, ensuring work is aligned with the strategic roadmap set by the Director.
Analyze the performance and adoption of product features, using data and user feedback to inform prioritization decisions and measure business impact.
Support the end-to-end feature delivery process, including design, development, user acceptance testing, and release management.
Develop a deep understanding of the capabilities within our HR technology stack, including Oracle HCM, and act as a key resource for business and technology teams.
Assist in evaluating and integrating AI and automation capabilities into our workforce platforms to improve efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with the security and compliance teams to ensure product features meet all necessary standards.
Key Skills & Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology consulting, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise HCM platforms.
Mandatory: Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS, including experience with its various modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation).
Demonstrated experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a proven ability to manage a product backlog and work closely with engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and consensus with both technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with integrated HR technology ecosystems, including familiarity with systems like ServiceNow, ADP, or UKG.
A product mindset focused on delivering user value, making data-driven decisions, and driving iterative improvement.
Travel – 10%
Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $119,000.00 to $140,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
