Role Purpose
As part of the Corporate Products team, the Product Manager – Colleague Experience Platforms is accountable for end-to-end product ownership of Business Risk & Resilience (BRR) applications that support Legal, Risk, Compliance, Ethics, and Resilience capabilities across the enterprise. This role ensures that current and future BRR platforms are secure, compliant, usable, and aligned to business outcomes by balancing colleague needs, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy.
The role owns the product lifecycle for a portfolio of BRR applications including: Navex, Riskonnect, Flank, Blee, CPI, GEM, CMX (including sFTP File Migration), DocuSign eSignature, LawVu, Exterro, and future BRR solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for BRR platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory obligations, and enterprise standards.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for BRR applications, including prioritisation of enhancements, defect management, and technical debt reduction.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes.
- Govern intake, prioritisation, and delivery of change through established funding, demand, and governance models.
- Ensure platforms meet resilience, security, privacy, and audit requirements in line with enterprise policies.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including licensing, contract renewals, roadmap alignment, and performance management.
- Support onboarding of new BRR tools, including discovery, business case development, implementation, and transition to steady-state support.
- Drive continuous improvement of colleague experience through simplification, usability, and automation.
- Provide transparent reporting on product health, risks, dependencies, and value delivery.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Product Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- Strong experience in product or platform management within enterprise, risk, legal, compliance, or regulated environments.
Experience managing third-party SaaS platforms and vendor-led roadmaps.
Technical skills and Knowledge
- Proven ability to work across complex stakeholder groups, balancing risk, cost, and value.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance concepts.
- Experience working with agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Must be comfortable using meeting systems and video cameras
Basic understanding of AI.
