1. 负责制定并执行采购计划，统筹管理原材料、设备及服务类物资的采购工作，保障供应及时性与成本合理性；
2. 组织供应商开发、评估、考核与分级管理，建立并维护优质、合规的供应商资源库；
3. 监控采购全流程执行情况，包括需求确认、订单下达、到货验收、入库结算及异常处理，确保流程规范、可追溯；
4. 定期开展采购数据分析，识别降本增效机会，优化采购策略与库存结构；
5. 协同质量、生产、仓储、财务等部门，推动跨部门协作，支持业务连续性与合规运营。
1. 大专及以上学历；
2.熟悉采购全流程管理
3. 诚实守信，具备良好的职业道德和合规意识；
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及抗压能力，能适应阶段性出差安排。
