1. 负责采购订单的录入、跟踪与状态更新，确保采购流程各环节信息准确、及时；
2. 协助编制采购计划、整理供应商资料及合同台账，维护采购相关档案的完整性与可追溯性；
3. 处理到货验收单据、发票核对及付款申请等基础财务协同工作，配合完成月度采购数据统计与分析；
4. 协同采购专员开展供应商沟通、样品收发、比价资料整理等支持性事务；
5. 遵守公司采购管理制度及合规要求，确保操作过程符合内控与审计规范。
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、细致严谨的工作习惯和较强的数据处理能力；
4. 能够独立完成多任务并行处理，具备基本的抗压能力与团队协作意识；
