We have a six-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Privacy Operations Manager based in our global headquarters in Windsor.  You’ll be working with our Business Reputation & Responsibility (BRR) team; you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational heartbeat of our global privacy programme.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll ensure our privacy operations run smoothly and consistently, supporting core processes and helping teams navigate compliance with confidence. You’ll contribute directly to the systems, reporting, and governance that keep our privacy programme strong and help embed a culture of accountability across IHG.

 

Operational Privacy Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on a variety of privacy tasks, projects and initiatives

  • Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs) and other key inventories

  • Guide business process owners through ROPA assessments

  • Work with Privacy Legal to resolve identified risks

  • Monitor progress of privacy assessments and provide operational support

  • Track and manage actions following Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)

 

Regulatory & Compliance Activities 

  • Coordinate the Regulatory Development process, including meetings and action tracking

  • Monitor compliance with internal privacy policies

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting on privacy metrics

  • Conduct privacy related research and contribute to short-term operational projects related research and contribute to short-term operational projects

 

Reporting & Privacy Technology 

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and workstream specific operational reports

  • Support upkeep of the OneTrust platform to ensure data accuracy

  • Contribute to ongoing privacy operations projects 

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience working in Privacy Operations (experience with OneTrust would be great!) 

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships

  • A proactive and solutions focused approach focused approach

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple workstreams

  • Curiosity, accountability, and a genuine interest in privacy operations
