1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。
2.按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序
3.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。
4.提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。
1.高中以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.对木工、油漆工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。
3.五官端正。
4.身体健康，精力充沛。
5.有良好的语言沟通能力。
