About the Role

As a Portfolio Revenue Manager, you’ll be the strategic revenue leader for a portfolio of 2–6 hotels across Southeast Asia and Korea. You’ll drive performance through data-driven strategies, pricing optimization, and tactical support, embedding IHG’s proven revenue management practices to deliver measurable results.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with hotel GMs, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape revenue strategy, lead key initiatives, and contribute to IHG’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly revenue generation calls with hotels.
  • Optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and business mix strategies.
  • Roll out new tools, systems, and programs with strong adoption.
  • Support the RMH P&L and contribute to service offering development.
  • Mentor and develop Revenue Analysts and future RM talent.
  • Provide market intelligence and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, HR, and sales teams.
  • Champion IHG’s Winning Ways and Growth Behaviors in daily work.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, or strategic planning—preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage change.
  • Expertise in revenue systems, yield optimization, and selling strategies.
