Key Accountabilities

Assistant to Portfolio Revenue Manager in support of Revenue Services  hotels
Analyzes and monitors hotel activity, trends, and audits that will help with pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies and revenue management. Investigate, assist and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials and provide feedback to PRMs to highlight possible areas to improve revenue.
Supports PRM/hotel on revenue maximization through the full utilization of the company's tools, reports, systems, and best practices in accordance with Revenue Management specifications, including GRS, Concerto, SBRP, IHG Reporting interfaces, etc.
Helps to ensure business opportunities are met by performing regular audits, health checks, rate availability and market intelligent research, etc and provide meaningful and tailor-made analysis to hotel systems and strategies.
Develop reports and tools to assist analysis of Revenue Management data. Promotes accuracy by troubleshooting of embedded macros and other excel features that impact report output
Work in conjunction with PRM in implementing updates in Concerto, GRS, R&B and C&E forecasting and Insight Tools.
Assist PRM on End of Month Processes including but not limited to MMR Reports, EOM Commentary, setting up tools ready for the next month, +12month pricing review

Key Skills & Experience

Required Skills –

Analytical aptitude.
Advanced use of Excel, Databases, Pivot Table, Tableau, PowerPoint preferred, for the purpose of translating technical and statistical information into actionable business insights for clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
Good at both oral & written English


Qualifications –

Analytic skill, logical thinking and statistics knowledge are preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience –

Hotel experience not required.
Preference will be given to those with experience on business, revenue management and marketing analysis
