Your Day to Day

  • Own daily pricing activity across assigned hotels, including setup, reviews and multiple decision cycles.
  • Analyse performance and market data to shape pricing decisions, forecasts and revenue strategies.
  • Lead regular revenue meetings, track outcomes and ensure clear follow‑through on actions.
  • Support forecasting and business mix planning, including submissions and ongoing adjustments.
  • Deliver timely insights through reporting, analysis and project work to improve commercial performance.

 

What We Need From You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis roles. 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. 
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, able to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with systems and data tools.
