I will deliver “Out of the Ordinary” experiences that inspire, delight, and create meaningful stories. By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests at the swimming pool and beach areas, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.

• Ensure guest safety by closely monitoring pool and beach activities, enforcing safety regulations, and responding promptly to emergencies.

• Assist guests with towels, sun loungers, umbrellas, amenities, and other service needs.

• Coordinate closely with the F&B team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guests at pool and beach areas.

• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally, ensuring quick response and effective service recovery when required.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of pool and beach areas, including sunbeds, cabanas, towels, and facilities.

• Monitor and maintain pool equipment, report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

• High school diploma or above; lifeguard certification or pool safety training is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, swimming pool, or beach environment is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of pool safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures.

• Basic English communication skill; additional languages are an advantage.

• Well-groomed appearance, good physical condition, proactive attitude, and strong service mindset.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
