- 协助建立人力资源部门预算，控制费用。
- 监管员工与人力配置标准，管理成本。
员工团队
- 创建各种计划促进团队协作，为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境。支持管理年度团队成员满意度调查。
- 根据酒店或公司政策，实施针对经理级员工的关于递进式员工惩戒规程与绩效管理流程等方面的教育和培训，以此推动工作效率，提升业绩。
- 为新员工提供入职培训，告知酒店或公司标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。
- 负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。
- 确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准及相关法规。负责对外联络。
宾客体验
- 运用有创意的方法来激励、鼓舞团队成员为宾客提供独特的体验。
- 抽时间与宾客进行互动，获取反馈，了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。
- 与部门经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。
企业责任
- 提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度，鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动。
- 确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。按规定与标准实施年度人力资源契合度/标准自审。
- 对工作中发生的问题进行调查和研究，了解事实情况，即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险，并通过各类员工关系项目来推动问题的解决。遇重大问题及时向上级汇报。
- 收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据，了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。
可能需对酒店的安全负责，确保将偷窃、犯罪和其它风险降至最低。完成其它分配的任务，可能需要
