Main Duties We Will Assign to You:

You will play a key supporting role in the effective and compliant management of our human resources and payroll processes. You'll contribute to maintaining a professional and confidential HR service for all our employees, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management.

 

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and maintaining employee-related documents for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll data collection, including gathering and organizing employee work-related documents and supporting records, and cooperating with the payroll department to provide necessary clarifications.
  • Supporting the preparation of HR-related statistics and reports.
  • Promptly and accurately responding to employee inquiries regarding individual employment matters.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
  • Continuously updating, monitoring, and maintaining confidential administrative systems containing employee data, legal documents, and other HR-related materials.

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Given the volume of documentation and diverse tasks, a strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous records is vital.
  • Discretion and Integrity: You'll be handling highly confidential information, so unwavering integrity and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality are paramount.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with employees, offering timely and accurate responses to their queries, is highly valued.
