Job Overview
Responsible for timely and accurate payroll while consistently maintain professional integrity and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll & Other Accounting Duties
Complete weekly payroll before deadline, including wages, tips, extra pay, paid time off and so on.
Verify weekly Food & Beverage tips and Front Office porterage are correct based on Micros and Opera reports
Assist in weekly paycheck distributions to department heads.
Work closely with People & Culture in employee benefits reconciliations.
Work closely with department heads with payroll questions and concerns.
Be able to work with flexible hours to meet payroll and/or month-end deadlines.
Be able to take on ad hoc projects from Finance leaders and be flexible with other Accounting tasks.
Be a team player and maintain good working relationships with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hotel Accounting or Payroll experiences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are preferred.
- Professional and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Problem solving and analytical skills are required.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of problem-solving process.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet accounting deadlines.
Be able to carry or lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
