您的日常工作
• 进行交接班说明，确保了解酒店的活动和运营要求

• 向库房申请所需的用品；协助接收物品和盘存的工作
• 保持卫生，清洁，安全和健康标准。检查所有工具，设备和包括烤箱在内的用品的卫生，运行和清洁情况。就有可能发生的严重问题提醒管理层
• 保持个人卫生 • 制作各种特色食品
• 制作各种面点
• 必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品
• 清洁和拆卸工作台并完成收尾工作，包括将脏的器具送到清洗站，消毒和清洁案板和工作台，为第二天的工作做好准备
