1. 负责总经理日常行程安排,并及时提醒相关流程,准备相应的文件和安排;
2. 负责总经理行政事务开展包括文件、合同审核,并安排和协调各部门、业主之间签字盖章流程的协调和沟通;
3.档案管理、考勤管理、会议安排、办公用品计划与采购,会议纪要记录并跟进完成情况;
4.每日、月度、季度业主和集团要求的财务、绩效报表的传达、或统计、整理、分析与制作;
5.协调各运营部门、后勤部门工作,向部门总监传达总经理安排等;
6.其它总经理安排的事务。
1、本科以上学历,文秘、法律及相关专业。
2、1年以上同等职位工作经验。
3、良好个人品质和职业道德,严格遵守有关法律、法规和规章。
4、良好的沟通技巧,较强的语言表达能力和灵活的 事能力。
5、良好的沟通、组织、协调能力,能独立协调对内对外各种关系。
