We are looking for an Overnight Food & Beverage Attendant (In-Room Dining) to join our team on a Part-Time basis. 

Your Day To Day

As an Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant, you’ll deliver delicious late-night meals and early morning breakfasts right to our guests' doors. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, presenting, and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and accurately
  • Setting up and clearing down trolleys and trays, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with in-room dining requests
  • Handling overnight guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinating with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service
  • Ensuring billing accuracy and processing payments when needed
  • Adhering to food safety, health, and hotel standards at all times

What We Need from You

  • Previous experience in food & beverage, room service or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Australian working rights, unrestricted  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Physical ability to lift trays, push carts and be on your feet throughout the shift
