Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the lounge service team on a daily basis.
• Ensure consistent service standards and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, setup, and overall ambiance.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure proper inventory management.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hotel policy.
• Contribute to menu development and beverage innovation.

Requirements and skills:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or lobby lounge supervision.
• Solid background in beverage service, including mocktails and cocktails.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory control.
• High attention to detail and a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent grooming standards
