About the role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, ensuring service excellence, brand standards, safety, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on, senior leadership role with a direct impact on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and hotel performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations, mentoring department leaders to deliver consistently excellent service.

  • Drive exceptional guest experiences, manage escalated concerns, and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

  • Manage operational budgets, labour productivity, and cost control to achieve targets.

  • Drive cross-department collaboration to create a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.

  • Complete regular operational and brand inspections across all areas, identifying risks or opportunities and implementing solutions to improve quality and consistency.

  • Create a positive and productive team environment, empowering team members to perform at their best.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior hotel operation or a hospitality leadership role

  • Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration will be held in high regard

  • Vast OPERA knowledge is preferred

  • Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams and leaders

  • Experience in a premium hotel environment
