Operations Intern - IHG Army Hotels

This Hotel Operations Internship is an 8-week experience. This program will be designed to give you hands-on experience and visibility into Hotel Operations on a Military post. You will partner with our Area General Manager, Area Human Resources Manager, and Regional Director of Operations to build a strong understanding of all facets of our business. This includes rotation in each department at the hotel, working in all positions with all leaders at the hotel. Additionally, we would have you take one to two trips to visit additional posts and see how our other Army hotels work at different locations.  We would look to have an experience at our corporate office working, and learning about each department/function and roles, and how they support our estate and business.
