As a Night Receptionist cum Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during night shifts while ensuring accurate audit processes in line with IHG standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.
  • Carry out accurate night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports in line with hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, safety, and security procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.

What do we need from you?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit role within a hotel environment
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera knowledge is an advantage)
  • Professional appearance with a strong guest-focused attitude
