Night Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the Host During the Night: Serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, taking care of room service, housekeeping requests, and any other guest needs, ensuring their comfort during the night.

Prioritize Guest Safety: Maintain a secure and welcoming environment throughout the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.

Assist the Night Auditor: Assisting the night audit process with precision, verifying that each day’s business is accurately closed and accounted for, together with the Night Auditor.

Prepare for the Day: Assisting in preparing and distributing the daily recap summary and morning reports with clarity and timeliness, supporting a smooth transition into the new day.

Respond with Professionalism: Address guest complaints or concerns thoughtfully, taking appropriate action or escalating when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• A true team player, who enjoys working together to create exceptional guest experiences;
• A passion for luxury hospitality and a natural sense of service;
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly motivated to exceed expectations;
• A positive attitude and a warm, welcoming presence;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effortlessly with guests and colleagues;
• A good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is an advantage.
