We are looking for a Night Manager to take charge of overnight operations, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel while delivering exceptional service in line with IHG standards. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence, supporting colleagues, and making sure our guests feel cared for throughout the night.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Leading hotel operations overnight, managing guest experiences, team performance, and service delivery.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Supervising all front office activities at night, including reception, guest services, concierge, and bell desk operations.
  • Managing late check-ins, early check-outs, VIP arrivals, and special requests with efficiency, professionalism, and brand-standard hospitality.
  • Overseeing and performing the nightly audit process, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing end-of-day revenue, occupancy, and room reports.
  • Monitoring billing, guest folios, and financial accuracy.
  • Conducting regular property security rounds, responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Leading, training, and supporting the night-shift team, conducting briefings, delegating tasks, and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Documenting incidents, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring effective shift handovers with the day team.
  • Supporting scheduling, roster planning, and operational requirements as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and IHG service standards.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • At least five years’ experience in a 4/5 stars hotel in Front Desk operations. 
  • At least two years of supervisory experience. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must speak fluent English.
