This role is to enable the effective localization and execution of global/GC multi-brand solutions in the Greater China market, fostering synergy between global/GC strategy, brand priorities, regional operations to maximize the value, consistency of branded guest experience across all hotel brands in a multi-brand approach.

Your day to day
This role acts as a critical bridge between global multi-brand teams and Greater China regional stakeholders, aligning global solution frameworks with local market needs and operational realities, and driving seamless cross-team collaboration to deliver consistent, tailored multi-brand solutions across all hotel brands in the region while ensuring adherence to or adjust global/GC brand standards and regional business objectives.
• Support line manager to partner with global multi-brand teams to translate global solution blueprints into localized, executable plans for Greater China, incorporating regional consumer preferences and industry regulations.
• Assist in managing global multi-brand solution rollout across all hotel brands in Greater China and lead tracking execution progress and reporting key performance insights to both global and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams (operations, marketing, procurement, finance, HLG etc) to implement multi-brand solutions, providing end-to-end support and resolving inter-brand coordination issues.
• Lead the execution of regional multi-brand initiatives & conduct systematic data analysis and progress tracking for multi-brand projects to ensure alignment with global/regional objectives.
• Gather and consolidate feedback on global/GC multi-brand solutions, feeding actionable suggestions back to global teams and/or concerned regional stakeholders to optimize strategy and enhance regional adaptability & agile move.
• Data-driven performance insights to identify and influence iterative improvement of global/regional multi-brand programme

What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Min 2+ years of working experience in project management
• Proven track record in leading or supporting regional initiative rollout and performance tracking
• Experience in data-driven decision making through analyzing operational or project performance metrics
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team collaboration (e.g., sales, operations, marketing)
• Prior working experience in consulting firms or hotel management companies is highly preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies for end-to-end regional initiative delivery
• Competence in cross-functional collaboration and communication for global-regional coordination
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) for tracking and synthesizing multi-brand solution performance data
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin, good presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Greater China hospitality market dynamics and regional industry knowledge is preferred
