Sustainability Commitment

Sustainability remains at the core of Six Senses operations. I will ensure compliance with all environmental and social responsibility directives, including waste reduction, elimination of single-use plastics, responsible sourcing, and adherence to Sustainability Guidelines.

Out of the Ordinary Experiences

I will deliver “Out of the Ordinary” experiences that inspire, delight, and create meaningful stories. By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Read the logbook to gather information from the previous shift.

• Ensure accurate and sufficient communication within the department to provide proper services.

• Check and record Villa minibar setup.

• Refill any missing items in the villas, ensuring all arrival villas are fully stocked.

• Receive information and check the minibar in checked-out villas.

• Post bills for minibar consumption.

• Refill consumption items daily for all checked-out villas.

• Send occupied villa bills to the Front Office.

• Hand over checked-out villa bills to the accounting department.

Responsible Business & Compliance

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

• Diploma of secondary school completion.

• Any housekeeping experience desired.

• Should have an eye for detail.

• Understanding of scheduling working and organization.

• English communication is advantage.

• Willingness to learn new skills and work hard. Must be able to work under a deadline.

• A sharp mind/ attention to detail to ensure that the vast areas assigned to him is well taken care of at all times.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, product controlling.

• Ability to work with various hazardous powered and hand equipment in a safe and reliable manner which may include.

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
