Located on the first floor of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, our light-filled conservatory is a vibrant space for dining, celebration and revelry – a nod to carefree indulgence from bygone years. As Bartenders, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your day to day
- Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience
- Prepare and serve drinks to high standards
- Present and explain menu items, making recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
What we need from you
- Current RSA Licence required
- Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday availability is a MUST
- Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
- Bar experience - bar and cocktail skills are desirable
- Experience – you’ll have experience working in a bar or food service environment or willing to learn
- Passionate - we want someone with a can do attitude, who loves our venue and isn't afraid of a challenge
